Mauvaise Dame, Mauvaise Chance

Join Greenwich Theatre for 'Mauvaise Dame, Mauvaise Chance', an experimental live art performance created by artist Lara Angelina. This 35-minute show in the studio explores the concept of care through a dark, surreal lens. Featuring a highly qualified surgeon struggling to manage her 'Creation,' the performance blends gothic sensibilities with DIY aesthetics. Expect a visceral experience—audiences are encouraged to take their seats and prepare for a production described as involving 'bloody, milky and sticky' elements, with ponchos provided for the front rows. Lara Angelina, a graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a skilled magician, infuses the work with camp theatrics and a complete lack of suspension of disbelief. The piece is supported by a creative team including Matty Norgren, Dunja van der Velde, Matteo Mottram, Alex McDermott, and Nick Forbes. Suitable for ages 11 and up, this production is an intriguing choice for those interested in contemporary experimental performance and live art. Booking is essential through the Greenwich Theatre website.
