Join third-generation winegrower Henri-Claude Amadieu for an exclusive Rhône masterclass featuring a guided tasting and a specially paired three-course dinner at Davy’s Wine Vaults.

Experience an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich traditions of the Rhône Valley at Davy’s Wine Vaults in Greenwich. On Thursday, October 8th, guests will be joined by special guest Henri-Claude Amadieu, the third-generation owner of Domaine Pierre Amadieu and Domaine Les Hautes Cances. The evening begins at 6:15 PM with a welcome glass of Davy’s Côtes du Rhône, followed by an expert-led tasting session that explores the unique character and diverse styles of the region.

Following the masterclass, guests will enjoy a carefully curated three-course dinner. Each course is crafted to complement the spicy, robust reds of Cairanne and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, highlighting the Southern Rhône’s finest offerings. To conclude the dining experience, a selection of artisanal cheeses will be paired with the 2023 Domaine Les Hautes Cances Cairanne Cru Blanc. Throughout the event, Henri-Claude will be available to share his deep viticultural expertise and answer questions about the family’s sustainable winemaking legacy. This is a premier opportunity for wine enthusiasts to explore world-class French wines in an intimate setting. Places are strictly limited, so early booking is essential to secure your spot at this unique dining event.
