Afrahouse African Art

Located in the heart of Greenwich, Afrahouse is a dedicated gallery showcasing the rich heritage and diverse artistic culture of Africa. The gallery serves as a haven for those interested in authentic traditional and contemporary pieces, including tribal masks, intricate sculptures, handcrafted basketry, and unique African home decor. Beyond its role as a retail space, Afrahouse fosters a deep appreciation for African artistry by providing educational context behind each piece, from Yoruba wooden bowls to ancient board games like Ayo Olopon. The gallery operates as a private space that welcomes collectors, designers, and enthusiasts to explore its curated collection. In addition to direct sales, Afrahouse offers bespoke art commissions through collaborations with vetted artists, as well as short and long-term art leasing services for business clients. The venue also doubles as a creative space, available for photoshoots and events, providing a unique backdrop filled with tribal art and natural daylight. Visitors are encouraged to book an appointment to enjoy a personalised, guided experience through their collection.
