Secure payments
Your payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Welcome to Blackheath & Greenwich uses Stripe as its online payment processor for eligible paid business listings and recurring add-ons. Card and wallet details are entered into Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by us.
Stripe-hosted secure checkout
Payment details are handled by Stripe's payment infrastructure. We receive the payment status, amount and billing references needed to manage your membership, not your full card number.
Authentication where required
Stripe can apply card authentication such as 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication where the bank or applicable rules require it.
Cards and digital wallets
Checkout can present eligible methods supported for the customer and device, including major cards and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Receipts, billing and renewals
Stripe is the source of truth for the official payment record. We also send branded membership confirmations and advance renewal reminders to the billing email supplied at checkout.
Recurring subscriptions
The Fully Enriched Profile is £99 per year and renews annually until cancelled. Spotlight and Extra Events are monthly add-ons and renew monthly until cancelled. The recurring terms are shown before checkout and must be accepted before payment begins. Online subscriptions can be cancelled for the end of the current paid period through the Partner Portal.
