Specialist accessible-property consultancy providing property sourcing, design, adaptation and project management for individuals with life-changing injuries and disabilities.
Search Accessibility Ltd is a specialist consultancy dedicated to creating accessible, stylish and future-proofed homes for individuals living with catastrophic injuries, disabilities and complex mobility needs.
Founded by Tom Miller, the company works exclusively on behalf of claimants, typically instructed by solicitors, court of protection deputies and case managers. Services span the full journey — from property sourcing and suitability assessments to accommodation reports, design, adaptation, planning and project management.
The team operates across the UK and internationally, with offices in Kent, central London and Birmingham. Each project is approached individually, with a commitment to creating homes that look and feel like family spaces rather than institutional facilities.
Projects range from small adaptations — such as converting a bathroom to a wet room — to large-scale, seven-figure builds incorporating extensive assistive technology. The company works alongside occupational therapists, architects, contractors and legal teams to deliver homes that genuinely transform lives.
Search Accessibility also understands the importance of future-proofing, designing spaces that adapt as a client's needs change over decades, not just years.
