A friendly members-owned parkland golf club on Shooters Hill, founded in 1903, with a hilly, testing 18-hole course, views over the Kent countryside, and a welcome for visitors and societies.
High on Shooters Hill, this members-owned club has been welcoming golfers since 1903. The 5,749-yard parkland course looks gentle on paper, but the natural slopes, tree-lined fairways and quick greens make it a proper test, especially through its own "Amen Corner" of the 9th, 10th and 11th holes. Along the way there are lovely views across the North Kent countryside.
Visitors are welcome to book tee times online or through the pro shop, with twilight rates later in the day, and the club is well set up for society days, with catering in the clubhouse. The clubhouse also hosts private functions.
The club has achieved England Golf's Respect in Golf standards for safe golf and equality, diversity and inclusion, and prides itself on a warm, friendly atmosphere.
