The local mental health charity's Greenwich base at The Forum @ Greenwich, offering free counselling, peer support, workshops and wellbeing groups for borough residents.
South East London Mind runs its Greenwich mental health services from The Forum @ Greenwich on Trafalgar Road, where it moved in September 2025 after more than 45 years at Ormiston Road. Its Greenwich services are for residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Services include free counselling for Greenwich residents (including crisis, relationship and culturally sensitive counselling), peer support groups and activities for adults experiencing mental health problems, free mental health workshops, Yoga for All sessions, a mindfulness group, and nature walks in Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park.
There is also support for particular groups and needs: Mindful Mums and Being Dad for new parents, The Turning Corner for young people aged 18 to 30, Queer Space and Queer Minds for LGBTQIA+ people, a men's therapy group, employment support, help preparing for benefits assessments, and a suicide bereavement service. Some groups pause from time to time, so check the website for what is running now.
The charity also runs the Greenwich Mental Health Hub together with Oxleas NHS and Bridge Support, offering holistic assessment of mental health and social needs, short-term one-to-one and group support, and peer support.
