Learn Tarot Through Creating with Two Cats Collective at Lady Dinah's
Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium
A three-part creative tarot workshop series at Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium in Greenwich, with time with the rescue cats. Fridays 13, 20 and 27 November, 7pm to 9pm.
A three-part creative tarot workshop series from Two Cats Collective, held at Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium, the rescue cat café on King William Walk in Greenwich.
Session One, Friday 13 November: The Minor Arcana from Ace to Ten. Explore the four suits, the elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth, and an introduction to numerology, then draw or paint a card of your own.
Session Two, Friday 20 November: Meet the Court Cards. Get to know the Pages, Knights, Queens and Kings, then bring one of them to life on your own card.
Session Three, Friday 27 November: The Story of the Major Arcana. Follow the Fool's Journey through the 22 cards of the Major Arcana and create your own version of a card from it.
Each 90-minute workshop mixes guided learning with relaxed creative time, plus an extra 30 minutes with the café's resident rescue cats, who may well end up as the characters in your designs. All materials are provided and no tarot or art experience is needed. Book one session on its own, or all three to build a foundation across the whole deck.
Ages 12+ only. £35 per person per session, paid when you book through Lady Dinah's booking system.
