Inside Blackheath’s Hidden Dentist | Real Smile Transformation (Sparkly Smile)
Discover one of Blackheath’s best kept secrets. In this Welcome to Blackheath & Greenwich Community Channel documentary, Mark Epps takes you behind the scenes at Sparkly Smile — a long-established dental practice that many people walk past every day without ever realising what’s inside.
From its roots in the 1960s to a modern approach focused on long-term health, confidence, and subtle transformation, this film explores what truly makes a “sparkly smile.”
Follow Marks Social Media Manager - Tony’s real journey through a progressive smile process — starting with hygiene and assessment, through whitening, and finishing with composite bonding — revealing how small, thoughtful changes can make a lasting difference.
Along the way, we uncover:
- Why quick-fix dentistry doesn’t always last
- The importance of healthy gums and long-term care
- What really happens during a dental visit
- How modern smile design focuses on subtle, natural results
- Why this Blackheath practice has built trust over generations
Featuring real patients, behind-the-scenes treatment, and expert insight from Phil and the team, this is a rare look inside a local business built on trust, care, and craftsmanship.
If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist — this might just change your perspective.
